Sugar free dark chocolate PB&J cups. These are made with a few simple ingredients, raspberry chia pudding, peanut butter, and sugar free dark chocolate. They are way easier to make than they look, and they’re no-bake!

Ingredients

Chia Jam

  • 1/4 cup frozen raspberries
  • 1 tsp chia seeds
  • 1 tsp water

Chocolate

  • 1/2 cup pascha dark chocolate
  • 1 tsp avocado oil

Peanut Butter

  • 2 tbsp natural peanut butter
  • 1 tbsp sugar free maple syrup
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Prepare chia jam. Combine ingredients in a small bowl, microwave for 30 seconds. Lightly mash rasperries + set aside. --


  2. Prepare chocolate. Microwave for 2, 30 secs intervals. Stir until smooth and fully melted. Add about 1/2 tbsp chocolate to muffin liners. Pull the chocolate up slightly using a spoon to the outer edges of the cups. Set aside.


  3. Prepare peanut butter layer. Combine ingredients in a bowl, stir until smooth. Add 1 tsp of the mixture to each muffin cup, lightly flatten out using fingers or a spoon. Top with 1 tsp chia jam, lightly flatten out. Top with chocolate, make sure to cover all edges. Freeze for 30 mins.
